Are Benqubi Gems’ Gemstones Ethically Sourced?

At Benqubi Gems, we offer a wide selection of stunning gemstones—from vibrant sapphires and emeralds to lustrous pearls. We are committed to sourcing gemstones responsibly, ensuring safe working conditions and environmentally conscious practices. Can I Upgrade My Benqubi Gems Gemstones?

Yes! We offer free lifetime upgrades for natural gemstones purchased from Benqubi Gems. You can exchange any loose natural gemstone for credit equal to its original purchase price toward a new gemstone that is at least 1.5 times greater in value.

Upgrade eligibility requirements:

The gemstone must be accompanied by its original documentation.
The gemstone must be in saleable condition.
Upgrades do not apply to silver or gold jewelry, settings, or finished jewelry pieces.

Important: Upgrade credit does not include duties or taxes from the original purchase. Applicable duties and taxes on the new gemstone will be applied before any upgrade credit.

Are Benqubi Gems Colored Gemstones Laser Inscribed?

Yes. Our high-value colored gemstones, certified by GIA, GCAL, HRD, and IGI, are laser inscribed on the girdle with a unique identification number or symbol. Laser inscriptions make it easy to identify your diamond and provide extra peace of mind.

Does Benqubi Gems Offer Treated Gemstones?

We specialize in natural, unheated gemstones, but we do offer some heated sapphires. Every gemstone purchased comes with an authentic written certification indicating whether it has undergone any treatment. Benqubi Gems does not sell lab-grown diamonds.

Are Benqubi Gems’ Colored Gemstones Certified?

Yes. All our colored gemstones are certified by independent grading laboratories and are inscribed to match their certificate number. Upon request, GIA certification is available for an additional cost, which covers GIA’s fees only—Benqubi Gems does not add any commission or markup.

Can I Buy a Loose Sapphire?
