This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the shipment of gemstones, fine jewelry, and custom orders purchased through our website.
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Domestic Shipping – United States & Canada
We proudly offer Free Insured Shipping for all domestic orders within the United States and Canada. Every shipment is handled via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.
All Benqubi Gems products are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in Orlando, Florida. Most ready-to-ship gemstones and jewelry items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of your purchase.
Estimated delivery times:
· USA: 2–5 business days
· Canada: 3–7 business days
We also provide Free Return Shipping for eligible returns.

2. Special Delivery Requests
We understand jewelry often celebrates meaningful moments. To help maintain your surprise, we accommodate requests for:
· Saturday or date-specific delivery
· Hold for pickup at a FedEx or USPS location
· Discreet packaging (no visible gemstone or jewelry labeling)

3. Holiday Delivery Schedule (2025 Season)
Thanksgiving
• Order by November 11 at 2PM PT for delivery before Thanksgiving.
Christmas
• Gemstones & Silver Jewelry: Order by December 9 at 2PM PT
• Ready-to-Ship Engagement Rings: Order by December 19 at 2PM PT
New Year’s Eve
• Order by December 11 at 2PM PT for delivery before New Year’s Eve.

4. Shipping Protection & Conditions
For your protection, Benqubi Gems:
· Insures all orders valued at USD $300 and above for their full retail value.
· Requires delivery to a physical residential or business address (no P.O. boxes).
· Uses only registered and insured carriers such as USPS and FedEx.
While we guarantee timely dispatch, Benqubi Gems is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
· Severe weather conditions
· Courier or customs delays
· Inaccurate or incomplete addresses
In the rare event your package is lost or tampered with, please notify info@benqubigems.com within five (5) days of receiving your tracking number.
For insurance reasons, shipments cannot be rerouted once dispatched.
5. APO & Military Shipments
Orders shipped to Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses may take longer due to military mail processing. While we make every effort for timely dispatch, delivery times are outside our control.
6. International Shipping
We offer Worldwide Insured Shipping to over 100 countries using FedEx™ International Priority. Orders valued at USD $1,000 and above qualify for Free International Shipping.
Estimated delivery times: 2–5 business days, depending on your country’s customs clearance process.

Payment Options
We accept:
· Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
· PayPal
· Bank wire transfers for Canadian orders over USD $1,000 (subject to a $50 fee)
Bank wire instructions will be provided upon request. Orders will be processed once full payment is received. Please note that ACH transfers are not accepted.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before placing your order.
Benqubi Gems is not responsible for delays or additional fees imposed by third-party brokers or customs agencies.
Insurance & Delivery Security
Every shipment is fully insured for its full retail value during transit.
For purchases exceeding USD $500, an adult signature upon delivery is required.
Once shipped, parcels cannot be redirected for security and insurance reasons.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We offer Free 30-Day Returns and Exchanges for all eligible purchases. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by all documentation.
